- James and Angela are 2006 graduates of Virginia Tech who love to travel and see the world. James is a Naval Officer and Angela works in Higher Education. They have an adorable poodle named AJ who frequently makes the blog. This blog is intended to keep our family and friends up to date with our lives, as we live almost 3,000 miles away from home. James looks great! It's good to hear that he is keeping a positive attitude. We will send him a birthday card with a few photos of Disney, our favorite place to hang out. We live 1/2 hour from The Mouse, so spend a lot of time there.
Billy is still hanging in there with class 02-08, and the "fun" just continues. Several days ago, in the middle of the night, the DI's hosed down the hallway in the barracks and spread a LOT of sand all over the floor. The candidates had to spend all night cleaning up, and then found that the sand had scratched the floors, so had to strip and wax the tile. Almost as much fun as blowing bubbles in the mud :-)
Tell James to hang in there - it will all be worth it on graduation day!
